We are a privately owned business, servicing the
education industry. Over the years,
and with thousands of students assisted, we have
become very aware of the cultural backgrounds of
students. We believe that this has contributed to
our success, as many students, when it is time to
return home still have good, positive memories of
the first person that they met in Australia.
Our staff:
Our staff are
very experienced in helping overseas students and
sometimes their families, overcome their initial
hesitation on arrival.
It became
apparent very early on that students, unlike other
travellers, need to feel comfortable and relaxed
when they arrive and as such our staff are friendly, approachable
people.
We believe that the job is not complete until the
student is safely in the hands of the accommodation
provider.
Fleet of vehicles:
We operate the
business with a mixture of vehicles, ranging from
sedans to people movers and buses. We can
accommodate a single person or a whole group.
Delivery of service:
We begin each
day by checking with Melbourne Airport operations
the confirmed arrival times of flights we are to
meet. In peak times we have a reception officer who
remains at the airport to locate students and to
assist in those odd random panic situations, and
keep drivers, and the accommodation providers
informed of delays and non-arrivals.
We have a firm policy that no student should remain
waiting at the airport for one minute longer than is
necessary. We will deliver student in the most time
effective way so that no-one remains on the bus any
longer than they have to. It assists us if our
contact number is given to all home stay providers,
so that they may notify us if they will not be
available at the estimated drop off time. Our
service to the home stay providers also includes any
updates of delays longer than an hour.
